Subscription Fees

The credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month, or on the final date of the month if there is no corresponding date. For example, a January 31 subscription will renew on February 28.

Discounts, rebates or other special offers are only valid for the initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates.

Nerds on Call may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

The right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling Account

In order to change or cancel your subscription please Contact Us via phone or email, or click the Send Us a Message button to speak to a Nerd via chat.

Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately.

Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until May 10th.

Refunds – Monthly Subscriptions

When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. 

You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time – your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. 

You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the month term. However, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

Refunds – Annual Subscriptions

When canceling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be canceled. 

You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time – your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. 

You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

Computer and Accessory Return Policy

Hardware and computers/computer equipment covered by this policy must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Retail store policies may differ from online orders – please contact us for details.

If you are not satisfied with your computer or accessory purchase, you may request to return it for a refund by contacting our Support Team.

Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer, and our Support Team will confirm the return address.

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, Nerds on Call must be notified within 14 days.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when shipping your return. Nerds on Call is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Returns are NOT permitted after 30 days from the date the item(s) were delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

If applicable, the item(s) must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories (charging cord, keyboard, mouse, etc.).

Any user-caused issues, alterations/repairs, obvious wear, or damage as determined by Nerds on Call will not be eligible for a refund.

Special order products are not eligible for return.

Once we receive the returned Products, refunds will only be issued to the original payment card used for the purchase or as store credit.
