Andrea Eldridge
CEO, Founder
Andrea is one of the original founders of Nerds On Call. After spending the early years answering all of the calls and running the office, her primary role today is running the Nerds H.Q. This consists primarily of bookkeeping, inventory control, and human resources.

Ryan Eldridge
President, Founder
Ryan is one of the original founders of Nerds On Call. His primary job is to assist in the running of Nerds H.Q., overseeing the marketing department, long-term strategic planning and working with the Director of Operations to ensure growth and customer loyalty.

Shane Rivers
Vice President
Shane has been with Nerds On Call since January 2005. Shane began as an on-site Nerd, helping customers in the field. He was quickly promoted to the manager of the Chico location when it opened in 2005. When the Sacramento office was opened in August 2005, he was promoted to District Manager. In 2006, with the opening of our Yuba City store, Shane was promoted to General Manager. Over the next several years, Shane has overseen the opening of ten more stores throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. In 2010 Shane was promoted to Director of Operations. His primary job is to oversee all company locations including the call center and remote support department. He works closely with Nerds H.Q. and all the company managers to ensure long-term growth and customer loyalty.

Sithong Sosavanh
Human Resources Director, Call Center Manager
Sithong has been with Nerds On Call since March 2005. Sithong began her Nerd career answering phones and helping customers in the call center. In 2007, she was promoted to the Call Center Manager. Her ability to hire and train amazing people led to her promotion in 2010 to the Human Resources Director. She spends her days supervising the call center in Redding, CA and working with Nerds H.Q. on Human resources issues.

Shawna Bell
Marketing Director
Shawna originally started with Nerds On Call in June 2004 as a scheduler. She was quickly promoted to manager of the call center, but left briefly to pursue a career in Public Relations. In July 2010, Nerds On Call required someone with her unique skills, so, we created a position just for her. She is now in charge of all relations with the Media. She supervises the online media group, traditional media group, and works closely with the founders to ensure rapid growth and a cohesive message to the public.

Chris Chapin
California Area Manager
Chris began his career with Nerds On Call in 2007 as an on-site Nerd. In 2009, Chris was promoted to Manager of Training and Development. After only a few months, Chris was promoted to District Manager of District 2 (Sacramento, Vacaville, and Stockton/Modesto). Not satisfied to stay in one post long, Chris was promoted again in 2010 to California Area manager overseeing our Sacramento, Vacaville, Stockton, Modesto, Fresno, and Bakersfield locations. Chris spends his days hiring and training Nerds and managers in his 5 stores. He also works closely with the Director of Operations to create methods to make Nerds run better and develop loyal customers.

Cameron Moody
Manager of New Development
Cameron began is career with Nerds On Call in 2005 as an on-site Nerd in our Chico store. Within a few short weeks, he was promoted to Store Manager. Cameron oversaw the opening of our Yuba City location in 2006. In 2007, Cameron was promoted to District Manager of District 1 (Redding, Chico, Yuba City). In 2009, Cameron added Medford to his district, and by 2010 Cameron was promoted to Manager of New Development. Cameron travels the country scouting new locations for Nerds On Call, training staff and opening stores.

Merl Valles
Remote Support Manager
Merl originally started with Nerds On Call in 2005 as an on-site Nerd in our Redding, CA store. Merl was promoted to Manager of New Development in 2007. Merl oversaw one of the most aggressive expansion years in Nerds history. In a few short months, Merl opened four locations, effectively doubling our service locations. In 2009, after opening seven stores, Merl was promoted to Remote Support Manager. He now oversees the fastest growing department at Nerds On Call.
